Privacy policy
This policy describes the personal data processing carried out by this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected and purposes
“Free audit” form
This form collects the website address and email address you provide. This information is used only to respond to the audit request. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
“Contact” form
This form collects the name, email address, company name (optional) and message you provide. This information is used only to respond to your request. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us.
What happens to this data
Data submitted through these two forms is sent by email to the agency. It is not stored in a website database. It is never resold, transferred to third parties, or used for unsolicited marketing.
Retention period
Data submitted through the forms is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact for a prospect who does not become a client [TO VALIDATE].
Anti-spam measure
To limit abusive submissions, a non-reversible technical fingerprint of the IP address used to submit a form is kept for a few minutes, then deleted.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” button opens the third-party service Cal.com, which lets you choose a time slot. Information you enter on that tool is processed by Cal.com, under its own privacy policy.
Conversational assistant (AI)
The site offers a conversational assistant (the “How can I help you?” bubble). The messages you type in it and the address of the page you are viewing are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, established in the United States, to generate the answer. This transfer relies on the contractual safeguards provided for by the GDPR [TO VALIDATE: standard contractual clauses / Anthropic’s data processing agreement]. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models [TO VALIDATE against its current commercial terms]. The assistant only knows the content of this site.
We do not store conversations: they stay in your browser for the duration of your visit (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed) and are kept neither on our servers nor in a database. Only a non-reversible technical fingerprint of your IP address is kept for a few minutes to limit abuse.
If you ask to be contacted through the assistant, the information you give it for that purpose (email address, name if you give it, a description of your need and a short summary of the exchange) is sent to us by email and recorded in an internal log, under the same conditions and for the same period as the site’s forms. Do not type sensitive information, or information unnecessary for your request, into the assistant.
Hosting
This website is hosted by OVH SAS, in France. Technical server logs (IP address, date and time of connection, pages viewed) are kept by the host as part of the normal operation of the website.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not currently set any tracking cookies or audience measurement tools. No consent banner is therefore required. This page will be updated if a measurement tool is added in the future.
Fonts and resources
Fonts and other resources used on this website are served directly from the website itself. No request is sent to a third-party service when pages load.
